We calculate shipping fees based on actual weight or volumetric weight—whichever is higher—ensuring accurate and transparent pricing for all orders.
How Shipping Cost Is Calculated
Actual Weight: Total physical weight of your items + standard packaging.
Volumetric Weight: For bulky, lightweight packages, carriers use volume to charge.
Formula (International Express): Length(cm) × Width(cm) × Height(cm) ÷ 5000
We apply the larger value between actual and volumetric weight as the billing weight.
Shipping Zones & Delivery Time
Domestic: Standard 3–7 business days; Expedited 1–3 business days.
International: 5–15 business days (varies by destination, customs clearance, and carrier).
Note: Remote areas may incur extra surcharges; holidays or customs delays are beyond control.
Shipping Methods
We offer carrier-calculated shipping at checkout (DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc.). Rates auto-update based on destination, billing weight, and package dimensions for fairness.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends/holidays). No shipping on non-working days.
Tracking & Claims
A tracking number will be sent once your order ships. For lost/damaged packages, contact us within 7 days of delivery status for assistance.
