Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase, and we have outlined our return policy below to make the process as smooth as possible.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
  • Items must be in the same condition as received, unworn, unused, with all original tags attached.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.
  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order. The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs. There are no return fees, and all items are non-final sale (eligible for return unless specified otherwise).

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer service team at rubylusugarcube@gmail.com. Do not send items back to us without first requesting a return—unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Once your return request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. All returned items must be shipped to the following address:

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order carefully upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately. This allows us to evaluate the issue promptly and take necessary steps to resolve it for you.

Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for the following items:
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the item you want is to initiate a return for the product you currently have. Once your return is accepted and processed, you can place a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you via email once we have received and inspected your returned item. We will also inform you if your refund is approved or denied.
If your refund is approved, the funds will be automatically credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
